The Enemy

The lines been drawn
Borders, well armed
Looking for the Enemy
Who dares, to cross the line!

Who's the Enemy
Do we have a clue
A creation of our mind
Some-one hard to find!

Enemy is a word
Associated with fear and crime
All that is bad, unkind
Do we have to look far!

The Enemy is close
Right here, with-in
In-tolerance is the word
That breeds enmity!

Can we learn to tolerate
To accept and accommodate
All points of views
Good, as well bad news!

Can we open
Our mental borders
To create a path so divine
Leading to land of freedom!

All friends, no enemy
No lies, no treason
No lines to be drawn
Or borders to be armed!

As we begin to live
In love and light
Fear vanishes
The Enemy, out of sight!
