Even more difficult to keep the shape

He took so much love to create!

A work-out at gym, or a sporty game

Reduces fat, gets rid of paunchy shame!

If love is the biggest healer

A fit body is a scene-stealer!

The road of health and of love

Has no signs of minus, but the sign of Plus!

This body is our Temple, let’s take care of it

As God lives, with-in us!
