The
Gift of Life
Everything has its time,
as fall that returns again
where spring was,
and love turning to hate
and in the end becoming
the original essence again.
And
as we weave events
upon events in the loom of life,
as waters flow
in its ebb and tide, so must
death follow each rebirth,
as life renews itself all over again.
Through
all the changing seasons,
through all the weathers of the heart,
something still holds fast
in these deadly times: that he
alone who serves love shall survive,
he alone who shares the gift of Life.
